I never new that permission was needed to number a house in Mexico. The entire Republic is a nightmare of half- __ssed numbering.
What I would do is take a walk in the direction of the houses with numbers and first determine whether the numbers are going up or down in the direction of your house. Then I would start walking back to your house marking off imaginary lots that could one day have houses. Give each lot a number in sequence. Eventually you will arrive back at your house and you will have the correct number for your house, more or less. Put the number on your door and so it will be. |
