If you want wooden rings, you can find a selection at most lumberyards. I've seen them at the lumberyard between the Glorieta Santa Fe and the tollbooths before the cuota to Silao. I can't say precisely how to find it, but hang a right near the AutoZone, more or less, wander uphill, and ask around.
