No, not the same but sentiments are similar. I forget about the damn paywall on WSJ. What is most impressive in the article are the GDP growth rates forecast here, from 4-7 % over next 3 years. USA is around 2.5 and if Mexico truly reaches 7%,or close, that does make it a genuine "tiger"! ?Adelante!
