An expat poll respondent selected 'other' on the poll and identified him/herself as "naturalized Mexican, i.e., no longer expat" but can that really be? Although one becomes something new can the past be erased?

You know like 'Once a Marine, always a Marine' Or has the repondent now become and ex-expat?
