What's Up with Banamex ???
In the past, I've been able to pay all my utility bills (CFE, Telmex, and Simapag) online with my Banamex debit card. CFE stopped working a year ago, and with the latest "upgrade" to Bancanet, my online payments to Simapag and Telmex are being rejected, even though there is more-than-sufficient money in my account.
Before I visit my local branch and wait forever to see the gerente (who will have to call DF and open a trouble ticket to investigate), has anyone else experienced and tried to resolve the same problem? :huh: |
