Xmas bonus for workers?
Ola,
We have a couple workers who have been working on our place the past two months and who also worked for us for 4 months at the beginning of the year. We understand that there is a tradition here of a Christmas bonus for workers. Does anyone know how much this bonus should be? Should it be a percentage of the wages paid?
