Caution - Radio Shack
In case you buy electronics, a word of caution about Radio Shack in Guanajuato.
This company brag about their customer service on their web site, but unlike in the US, the Mexican stores have as written policy to not refund anything that you buy. If your product does not work as expected, even in original condition and with receipt they will not refund. If asking before purchasing, the Steren store is more friendly with returns. |
