As I understand it, and I tried to help them understand what TotalPlay was saying, both by phone and with a vendor who came here, they will pay the installation costs and a month of connection. Then if they don’t pay the next month, the service will just be cut off and then a new charge is made to reconnect it. This is the only solution the owner has sanctioned aside from waiting for TelMex. So, I guess it’s between them. I’ll keep posting if I learn anything more.
