If you think Telmex is terrible, I doubt you're going to be happy here. I've had Telmex service for around 17 years, and it's been mostly great. Twice in all that time, I've had a problem that required a service call, which came promptly and solved the problem.
The other major provider here is Megacable. From what I hear, its service is also good most of the time. But when there's a problem requiring a service call, Megacable can take several days to respond. What exactly is so "terrible" about your Telmex service? |
