I regret that I can't do as you ask. However, I believe it is "useful" for you to know that the post did NOT come from Johns Hopkins, a highly respected medical authority. Instead, it came from God knows whom, then went "viral" (in the other sense of the word), and has been circulating for several days in various versions. The person or persons who originated the post did not put their own names on it, because they are not medical authorities; to disguise that fact, they abused the name of Johns Hopkins. They are, therefore, liars. That also is "useful" for you to know.

Another thing you might find useful would be to read the Snopes article to which I linked. It goes through some of the points in the phony Johns Hopkins piece.

You want me to go point by point through the post and tell you what's true and what's false? While I appreciate your apparent confidence in me, I have neither the time nor the medical expertise to do so. Sorry, but in this modern age of bogus information being shared widely on social media and in forums like Gtolist, I think each of us has to be pretty much on our own. To separate the wheat from the chaff, we each need to do our own research, or, if we can't find the time to do so, to find a reliable source of information. This is one case in which, I think, the much-maligned "mainstream media" have mostly been doing an excellent job. The New York Times, for example, has more COVID-19 articles each day than I can manage to read. On a matter as complicated as COVID-19, I submit that social media and forums such as this one are not sufficiently reliable. Be wary in particular of those who repeatedly post unreliable information.
