Mail and package forwarding from US?

I know that there's some people here who do business with Solutions in SMA. If you're one of those people, you've probably had at least one bad experience with them.
A couple of competitors to Solutions have recently started up in SMA. I emailed one of them this morning, Your Delivery SMA: https://your-delivery-sma.webnode.mx/ They receive mail in Donna, TX, near McAllen, and you pick up the letters and packages at a location in SMA.
I asked the guy if he was interested in making his service available in GTO. The answer was, sure, if there is sufficient demand.
