House sit & Manage 6 rental units, May, Jun, Jul 2018: seeking applicants

Seeking applicants!
Live in an ex-hacienda just past Glorieta de Dos Ríos GTO & manage 6 rental units for 3 months:
- May 8 to August 8 2018: plus one week starting May 1 for training)
- Rental units include 3 AirBnB private rooms (short term stay, no more than one week) and 3 small studios (longer term stay, one week to several months+)

Seeking:
- Experienced couple or single with references
- Spanish proficiency (must comfortably communicate with native Spanish speakers in person, on the phone & email)
- Energetic as there will be days (but not too many) when multiple check-in & check-outs occur
