For clarification, this store is not a true "Apple" store, ie owned and operated by the company. There are 3 such official Apple stores in Mexico, all in DF. Thanks for the suggestion.

You could try Proesba in Irapuato. They have a "genius" bar and sell lot's of apple products. Ejercito Nacional #818 - it's easy to find.

These are each helpful suggestions. I was more hoping to connect and pay to a knowledgeable individual here in GTO for some time to help in fully using my Ipad. Language not important just Ipad and iOS know-how.
