"swear by" may be too strong a term but I have had good success with TapiRoma - they have done my office awnings, chair covers, rebuilt outdoor furniture and do excellent leather work having recovered my living room sofa to showroom condition.
They are located across from the Telmex office. Luis is fully bi-lingual |

Both - the main branch is in Leon. In GTO they are located across from the Telmex office.
