Salary for LiveIn Housekeeper???
What is a reasonable salary to offer a live-in housekeeper who will do about three hours housework per day for me. She will be free to have other outside work. Thanks, Gigi

You might be better off backing into a wage based on free living accommodations, then discuss a wage on top of that. Finding a person in between rentals or facing a move in the near future might be the key. I think the wage would depend on the space the person would live in and it’s feel as their own private space. Consider what the value of the living space is worth to a renter and go from there.
