I am looking for a refrigerator either new or used and someone to deliver it to a second floor apartment.

If you are interested in new, plenty of places can fit that need: Coppel, Electra, Mega, Ryse, Famsa. All have delivery and when you buy, specify delivery to the unit, not just the street. Also a propina for the delivery person goes a long way in getting an appliance upstairs.
