fm3 renewal - jesm - 06-22-2011
we are currently residents of sonora and our fm3 will expire in mid-august. we will spend july -september in Guanajuato and want to know: a) is there a local person that provides for a fee assistance w/ immigration forms and process?
b) is there an immigration office in or near city of Guanajuato?

The nearest immigration office is in Leon, but I prefer the office in San Miguel de Allende, and there's not much difference in distance. Help with immigration form can be found right next to the immigration office in San Miguel. It's also available here in Guanajuato in Plaza San Javier. I've always done the renewal forms myself, so can't make any specific recommendations on any of the locations.
