Hi Gtolisters,
Is anyone going to the States in the next few days who would be willing to mail a letter for me? I would be very grateful.
Or does anyone know about the mail service in SMA? I'm trying to get something to the States by next week.

Rachel, if the letter/document is important and needs to 'get there on time' rather than pinching pennies just use DHL from Plaza la Paz - think about it, if there was a service form SMA [I think there are at least two] you'd have to get the item there and that would cost you in cash and time more than the 350 or so DHL would charge.

Hi Rachel,
There are at least two mail services in San Miguel: La Conexi?n and Border Crossings. I know that La Conexi?n promises two-day delivery to the U.S., but I don't know whether that service is available to non-members. You can find their website here, and their phone number is (415) 152-1599.
