Hello Everyone-- We are in the process of selling our GTO home and are looking for a notario. Someone we know recommended Rosio Guttierez. Does anyone have experience working with her? Or does anyone have other recommendations?

We used Carmen Nieto with our house purchase. She is very proficient, English-speaking, & nice.
