Note that this video was prepared to influence Guanajuatenses to vote SI (for the zoning change). It contains information and omits information such as the building of houses. Note that all the actors except one are young and attractive and none are identified. We can't vote but we can read with caution.

Incidentally today I heard of a change, that the plebescite will not be binding. Anyone know if this is true?
