Press reports speak of anecdotal success in lessening the strength and duration of the virus thru use of drugs with a long proven efficacy against malaria. Multiple trials are now underway but no formal approval for use against Corona virus has been issued.
Several of these are currently available by prescription in Mexico. cloroquina, Oseltamivir and azitromicina among others.

As a follow up, with a prescription we yesterday found aztromicina at ISSEG pharmacy. Hopefully an unneeded precaution.
