Expo Guanajuato Bicentenario 2010 - laconstance - 11-17-2010
If you have not yet been to the big Expo between Guanajuato and Silao, you still have time. Originally scheduled to close on November 20 with a big celebration, the Expo has been extended to January 30. Check out the web site:

Events are usually free with your admission. Be sure to check the times on the web site; some printed material shows the events at 8:00 P.M., but now they are mostly starting at 7:00. Last night, we saw the Madrid Ballet -- well, from the knees up -- performing their multimedia version of "The Nutcracker." Aside from the fact that the outdoor performance space was not at all suited to dance, it was well worth the trip!

We went to the Expo yesterday and learned that it will be extended until 30 January 2011.
