Hi there. We’re looking to rent a car for part of our time here and we’re looking for a car rental place here in Gto. Appreciate any info, thanks.

Been here 8 years and never seen any sign of an auto rental outlet here in GTO.
BUT we may both learn something new as a Google search brought up this one source located in Marfil.
No personal knowledge of this place. Suerte.

If the new Marfil possibility doesn't pan out, the next best option for renting a car is either at the airport or from the multiple car rental agencies on Lopez Mateos in León.
In terms of the airport, there is limited UNEBUS bus service to/from BJX and the Central Camionera in Guanajuato. If you can sync up with the schedule, a relatively expensive taxi isn't necessary. Current posted schedule is here:
