Re-opening of the English Language Library - Doyle Phillips - 02-18-2019
Soon we will know whether the library will re-open about mid-March at
the University of Guanajuato Library on Truco Street.
Hours will again be: Tuesday through Thursday 10am-4pm --D. Phillips
