PROFECO experience? - zerbit - 02-03-2019
Hello all,
In my two years in GTO, I have never encountered this problem. I ordered a new washing machine from a national chain in November. I paid immediately and waited to hear back from them. I was given a delivery date of Dec 12, and...nothing. Then a date of Jan 11...nada. Then a date of Feb 2...nada. In between, I was exchanging emails and being told they were "making reports" and "checking", and I feel like I've given them enough time to get their proverbial poop in a group and deliver it.
Has anyone had experience dealing with something like this, and is PROFECO the way to go?

On two occasions PROFECO did a good job for me.
One, a furniture dealer in León was made to live up to the sales agreement
and
two, after a phone call from PROFECO an insurance company immediately coughed up the dough they owed me.
