I'd like to put in a plug for Cantar de los Cantares (or La Casa del Pancake). It's a brand new restaurant serving nice breakfasts all day long, along with other good meals. Here's the great cause: Wednesday thru Friday nights, from 6-8, the owner Juan has a group of special needs young people that assist with serving and clean-up. Juan's mother-in-law Soledad has been working, with this deserving group for three years in preparing them with needed life skills. Soledad saw the need and stepped up to VOLUNTEER to help when others wouldn't or couldn't. The Pancake house is open from 8 AM until 9 PM on Wednesday thru Friday, and 8 til 5 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It is located on Sangre de Cristo,no. 55 - a half block from the entrance to Embajadoras, coming from Centro direction. Come support them soon, and if you come Wednesday, Thursday or Friday nights, you'll fall in love with his young staff.

very good juevos rancheros. Eggs friend soft and the potatoes muy sabroso. and pleasing low-key music.
