Parking on street. Safe area with parking on the street. It has two bedrooms with a beautiful view to the city, one with a full size bed and the other with a single bed. Three sofa beds in the living area. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen is open to the living area. Two refrigerators. Coffee maker, microwave and dinnerware. It's been offered for short terms rentals only.
Asking u$300/a week, u$550/two weeks, u$850/three weeks and u$990/month. Asking for a security deposit of u$150. For reservation we ask u$150. WI-FI. Laundry with washer and dryer on site. All services included. Only small pets.
