Can anyone recommend a reliable, clean tattoo shop? and location, please?

Some people insist you should go to Leon, but I had a simple tattoo done years ago with Mike. His place on the 2nd floor of a building across the street from tienda Del Sol, past Mercado Hidalgo, and his wife works there too. Stop by the restaurant La Santurrona, next to the Museo Iconografico and look at the recent, and elaborate, tattoos he has done on the owner, Berenice.
