Looking for Rental Sept-Aug 2017-18 - csmith22 - 03-11-2017
After 3 shorter trip to GTO in the last three months, I am coming to live for a year starting Sept 1 and ending mid to late Aug 2018. So I am looking to line up a place to rent. Need furnished, 2-3 BR, walkable to el centro. Thanks for any leads or suggestions.

I manage my friend's 4 bedroom house on airbnb/vrbo. One of the bedrooms just has a single bed and also functions as a comfortable office. It's on a callejon, just 32 steps, above Pastita Street, near the baseball stadium/Embajadoras, and is a 10 minute walk to the Jardin Union. It's a lovely, comfortable home, and because the owners used to live here, it's fully furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen, quality sheets and towels, books, DVDs, etc. If you want a long term rental and don't go through airbnb, they will give you a lower rate.
