Hi Kay,
I'm completely new to the forums and am curious about real estate in Guanajuato. I tried sending a private message yesterday, but it doesn't seem like it went through, so excuse me for asking again. Is this your house or do you work as a real estate agent? I've seen this place advertised for several months and really like it, though my wife and I have a number of years to go before buying a place. If you work as a realtor, would you mind me asking general questions about the real estate market in this city?
