Hola, I am thinking ahead to next winter. Does anyone have a rental--not in centro (too noisy) that may be available for 1-2 people from approx. mid-November to mid-January? Looking for something not more than $900 USD--preferably less. Must be walkable to centro in about 15 minutes. Stairs or steep callejones are not a problem. Need a queen-sized bed and access to some kind of outdoor space. Comfortable furniture would be great. Appreciate any leads.

2 bedroom, Pullman kitchen, tiny bath but a great glass enclosed patio with fabulous views. 5,000 pesos including decent WiFi, cable & utilities.
94 steps above Tunel Perro Muertos, about 5 minutes Down to the Jardin, Who knows how many up as I never walked it.
