Want to pre-empt those Thanksgiving feast calories you know you'll consume? Join me for a moderate Thanksgiving morning hike, up one of Guanajuato's lesser known, but lovely peaks, El Meco. Allow 2.5 hours. Meet at the the Pastita fountain at 8:30 a.m. promptly with water, snack and good walking shoes/boots.
