Hello gtolisters,
As promised, I am using this forum again to invite you to our 1st anniversary.
There will be a delicious and abundant valenciana paella, homemade sangria and live jazz music. If you are keen on gastronomy, in a few words, paella is the name of the pan, and by extension, the name of the dish itself. Traditional paella is not a fishermen's dish, it comes from inland, it doesn't have any seafood, but is generous in rabbit, chicken and pork. Our paella, is not so traditional, we'll be working with loin, shrimps, clams and squid. If you haven't eaten a tasty, tender and juicy paella for a while, friday night may be your taste buds' night.
This is a very unique event, we opened reservations for only 80 guests. If you'd like to join us, make your reservation until wednesday night. The price per person is 140 pesos. You can get your tickets in our restaurant in Plaza Artesanal Don Quijote (near the Real de Minas) or in the Alianza Francesa, around the Alhondiga's higher corner, the building is called "La Galarza".
