Home/s needed for Ruth Steinberg's 2 cats - Amigos de los Animales - 04-19-2014
As many of you know. Ruth died suddenly last month, leaving behind two possessions she treasured more than anything else: Max and Pablo, cats I rescued then they were about 10 days old and Ruth adopted soon after they were weaned. They are now about 14 years old.
We are trying to find them a new home together, if possible, or two separate homes, if necessary, so they can live out their final years. If you or anyone you know would be interested in adopting them, please contact Mario Mora, Ruth's architect and friend, who has been caring for them but cannot keep them. Mario already has cats of his own, and they have not accepted Max and Pablo.
Photos of Max and Pablo are not attached, for the reason that I cannot attach them. If you will write to me at wardsandra@aol.com, I'll send you their photos.
Both cats were sterilized when they were young. They are very likely to be up to date on their shots, as Ruth spared no effort to keep them healthy. Mario can tell you whether either of them needs medication and probably who Ruth's veterinarian was. He speaks some English and understands English well.
