We have friends who are interested in spending 4-6 weeks in GTO in January-February and need a place to call their own. Here is what they specify:
"A few people mentioned that they already want to come for a visit. I'm going to try to limit that, because I want to work on "the poems." We were thinking 3 bedrooms. (2 would work) Ideally one of them would have a table or desk. Living room and kitchen. An outside area with a few chairs, a table and it would be fabulous to have a pool. Not a necessity, but I do love to swim. C suggested a hot tub, but that too, isn't a necessity. Prefer quiet to lots of activity, but want to be able to walk to where the action's at...Price, shouldn't be an issue."

I personally know of no place that large, especially no place with a swimming pool or jacuzzi sauna. BUT, I have seen quite a few places LISTED IN THE CHOPPER, which is sold in a number of stores around town, like OXXO and it's clones. About 10 pesos or less for the CHOPPER. I think it comes out once a week, a new edition, new listings.
