Oh how it goes against my grain to buy at Wal-Mart but what's a po' boy to do? Do you know whether they might have scheduled deliveries to Guanajuato?

In Leon there are 3 Walmarts, 2 Sams, 1 Superama. and some Aurreas and Bodega Aurreras, VIPs y que mas ? Walmart is the largest retailer -like-it-or-not- in Mexico. *
Outside the stores you can find [usually] contract trucks to truck your stuff anywhere - to GTO 300 to 500 from recent experience
Or chill out and wait for the Aurrera Bodega to be built on the site of what the locals call the 'old Ford' near the Plaza da las Ranas

First I've heard of the Aurrera. I know it's supposed to have Soriana, Sanborn's, and Office Despot.

Aurrer? is the latest rumor, but the story keeps changing, and various government agencies keep finding impediments. Personally, I'm hoping for Sanborns. I'm also hoping for enough parking that the congestion doesn't get any worse.
