This afternoon I passed an ad for the OSUG concert tonight, 8:30 at Teatro Principal.

Gigi, here is a great site I use to keep up on some of the events:
http://www.extension.ugto.mx/
Click on the USOG tab to find symphony dates. I also like the Cine Club link.
Also, the monthly program of events in Gto. is available at the local information booths in and around Jardin Union. While it generally isn't available until a week into each month, it lists many, but not all, events.
