Don't know for sure, but you might try the Unicornio Azul or one of the other places that sell "natural" remedies and such. There's one on Truco and another in the VIPS complex, next to the parking-ramp entrance on the S?stenes Rocha side.
Also, depending on the use you have in mind, Gela suggests you might try BeeBaPoRoo. Or, in English, Vicks VapoRub.

re the BeeBaPoRoo: problem is it has sort of a Vaseline base and won't dissolve in agua - hence the search for the eucaliptus oil.
