I urgently need to get a power of attorney with apostille to Trinidad. Is there a local attorney, either Mexican or American, who can accomplish this for me?

If you need something notarized locally, I work with Carmen Nieto. You can reach her tomorrow at: 732-6992.
If you need something notarized for the US, you need to call the Consulate (415-415-152-2357), in SMA, make an appointment with Ed Clancey, and they will charge (I think) $50 USD.
