Hi folks,
I live in GTO el centro, on Panoramica and Temezcuitate. I like this area and neighborhood. It's quiet and nice and pretty clean. Safe, too. Also, I have a cat.
Are you interested in renting out a furnished apt. or room in your nice house?
I am from Wisconsin, am clean, quiet, respectful, hard-working (I'm an English teacher), and don't do drugs or drink. I'm sorry, I can't pay more than, say, 2800-3000/month and need to have Internet. I don't need cable, but need all utilities included. I am a fun person, intelligent, a good person to talk to and have around if you are needing a roommate or someone to chat with. I also speak Spanish and French.
I could also help you out around the house or with errands, etc. in exchange for lower rent. I am very responsible and love to help people.

I am also looking for a place to stay, starting next week. I'm pretty easy going and I'm open to living with a local family or in an apartment/house. Please let me know if you know anyone who would like to host me or has a place to rent.
