What should I pay from downtown Leon to GTO? I don't have to go right into the center of GTO if the roadworks add a lot of time and expense.

While completely negotiable, depends upon the time of day, traffic conditions (in Le?n), the amount of gas remaining in the taxi, opportunity costs, the weather, competition among other taxis, and other factors you wouldn't think of. A low rate would be 400 pesos - high rate 600.
