We will likely hear this name a great deal over the next few years.
A new, private-public venture sponsored by the Federal Government to offer near universal(92%) wireless internet access across Mexico in five years. Coast to coast, border to border regardless of terrain or lack of development.
It will eliminate the duplication of multiple private systems i.e. antennae etc. so service providers ( Telcel, AT&T, etc.) will purchase system service from this new enterprise.
Hope it goes. It will be interesting to follow.
