Has anyone else noticed the complete absence of cottage cheese from store shelves?

My wife finds it regularly at La Comer and the taste is fine, but the consistency is different than what she saw in USA. In the dairy case near crema para batir.

You can always find it at Costco, but you have to buy about a gallon of it
