Short Term/Long Term Rental needed

Hello everyone!

My feline overlord and I are looking for a home in GTO for 6 months or longer (but would take a short term place while we look for a long term place) - starting in May. He is incredibly fastidious and only scratches on cardboard. I am less fastidious, scratch everywhere but intend on getting a housekeeper! :) We are both incredibly well litter trained. ;) Neither of us like to party.

We would like to be in Centro, or as close to the historical center as possible. The big thing I need is reliable, internet. (telmex 5-10mb works!)

I have some budget- but I'm not loaded. In a perfect world, I would like to keep it under 10k mex or $500USD
