Just near Cafe Atrio in Centro, come in from Barratillo side. There is a watch repairer there.

there are also two small tiendas below the basilica. you will see them as you are walking towards La Paz from the Jardin.

There is a small watch repair shop near the bakery (Luna?) as you walk from Embajadoras Park toward the ballpark (Pastita) on the right side of the street where the sidewalk is very high above the street. Very nice man has replaced batteries for me.

I buy watch batteries on the main aisle of Mercado Hidalgo. You'll see the places that sell them. They are with TV remotes and other stuff. They sell it and install it for about 15 or 20 pesos. Good deal.
