I am selling my beautiful newly built house in Marfil. It is in the neighborhood above the restaurant Los Santos. The neighborhood is very quiet and your neighbors are doctors, attorneys, architects etc. The permanent residence of the governor of the State of Guanajuato is two houses away and there are always at least two policeman present and they patrol the neighborhood. I think it is the safest neighborhood in Guanajuato.

Just down the hill are are eight restaurants and and buses run into town (15 min. journey) every ten minutes. The house has two bedrooms and two baths and an office. Two of the couches make nice beds. Everything is built with the best materials. I had the services of an excellent architect from Leon.

It has marble counter tops in the master bath and the kitchen. The kitchen appliances are all built into custom cabinets and it has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal.

The main room has an incredible boveda ceiling and a really beautiful fireplace. The whole house has gorgeous tile on the floor.

Lots of morning light and a very open feeling. You have spectacular views of the mountains and the city.

It has has three walk in closets and a separate tiled bodega and hook ups for washer and dryers. The garage has an automatic opening door.
