My friend, a 32 year old woman, needs an inexpensive apartment (between $2,000 - $3,000 pesos a month) by November 1st. She is employed full-time as dog trainer and has two (trained) dogs, so anything with a little outdoor space for the dogs would be wonderful. She also needs a place with a refrigerator and stove since has neither.
